9. Free Shipping
Eligible orders with a value of €110 or more may qualify for free shipping to supported destinations.
The applicable free shipping method depends on the destination and available carrier services.

10. Customs, Import Regulations, Taxes & Excise Duties

14. Uncollected & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and collecting or accepting their shipment within the period specified by the shipping carrier.
If a shipment is returned to AllWhitePouch because it was:
- Not collected
- Refused by the recipient
- Unable to be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete delivery information
we may charge an administrative handling fee of up to €30, together with applicable return shipping or additional shipping costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any deduction from a refund will only be made where legally permissible.
Failure to collect a shipment does not necessarily constitute a valid exercise of a statutory right of withdrawal.
